I completed the required education and passed the federal and Nevada state exams last Saturday.

I also have been writing down the addresses of places I like then I can look them up online and see if they want to deal as well.

Moral of the story, there is much more than simply looking a property up on line, making sure it didn't trade at a tax sale and having an idea of whether the property taxes are current.  2.

Then file if no response depending on the county may be able to do online.

I passed my CT real estate licensing exam in January and I am looking for a Broker to work with in the Hartford area.

But I did just pass both 40 and 24-hour State RE exam prep courses!
