Keep in mind I had just left my JOB to do these things and also had 4 Quiznos restaurants that didn't do so well and another partner who quit on me because we struggled with those (and because he still had his $12k a month job that he could fall back on).

I personally was in exactly the same situation you are now and ended up renting in the Woodlands because I loved the fact that I could walk to restaurants and cafes (kind of difficult now with the pandemic but I don’t regret it.

There are some really cool houses around it and the downtown is very vibrant with shops, bars, restaurants, and businesses.

Also, there's no shortage of restaurants and shopping.

It has very urban vibes, but I can easily walk to the bodega, coffee shop, or restaurant.
