Forming International Partnership
I've got partners in Zurich, Switzerland that will be 100% cash investors for rentals and I will be doing everything else from acquisitions, the books, to managing the properties. We want to form a partnership but want to do it smartly. Curious if anyone has experience with this and how setting this up will affect taxes on both sides of the pond. Multi-member LLC? S-Corp? Can I do a single-member LLC and add them as managers? I plan to talk to my CPA but was hoping to get feedback from real-life investors in a similar situation as me.

"S-Corp?"
Not an option if you have non-resident alien investors as they're a disqualified ownership group. They will bust the S election... Unless they hold their interest through ESBTs.
A few different options if non-resident aliens are involved... They each have pros and cons. Make sure your CPA is familiar with the tax implications of NRAs investing in the US.
