I'm moving from Canada to SW Houston soon and was wondering if you can count on school ratings (greatschools.org) to stay consistent or do they rise and fall?

Being an investor myself and owning a property management company, I can tell you that in Houston Tx there are a lot of out of state and out of country people buying what they can.

And in Houston, it's hard to even keep inventory on the shelves!
