Great Property Manager

Hey,

We've all heard it said that great deals with superior cash flows and better than market cap rates are often found through relationships with great property managers. Can anyone refer me to one of those great property managers, preferably those who invest themselves and handle multi-family's and apartments?

My main areas of focus are: Nashville, Raleigh, Charlotte, and Houston; although if you have a really amazing prop mgr to share I would consider other areas.

Also, please let me know if you have a great rehab team in any of these areas. Private messages are great.

I love you!

Thanks,
Josh
