NEW TO SITE!!!! EXCITED!!!!

Hellllllllloooooooooooo BP!!! I am fairly new to the site, and I am poking around looking to get engaged on the site. When I found this site I was super stoked, and I told my husband you have GOT to check out this Bigger Pockets thing! I believe I have found the answer to all of our problems and questions, and we didn't have to pay a fee of $1997!!! WHOOO!!!! I have been a member for about 3 weeks but I recently upgraded to PRO and I am just looking to engage, communicate, learn, network, connect, teach, help, and add value to the community overall. I look forward to talking to everyone here on the site.
