By Gods grace I found a realtor who I could work with, the truth to it is that you gotta find the realtors who are hungry for business!

Not trying to be a jerk in anyway but I have overseen over 400 renovation loans (203k and Homestyle) this year alone so the person giving out the information might have some idea but I am telling you you are not only giving out bad info you are misrepresenting to people and god forbid they get into trouble based upon your information.   

When I Face Booked the dude his profile picture was him with his wife and 2 kids and the wife was definitely not who he was looking at the apartment with. thank god they didn't ask for an application.I'm sure we could have another whole thread with this topic.
