I have been handing over wholesale buyers to MAJOR sellers / brokers for at least 20 years and have not made a DIME in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate as a BIRD DOG, BIRD DOG helper, BIRD DOG asst., or plain old BIRD DOG, regardless of whether I signed an NDA, CA, or anything like it with the seller / broker.

Can anyone recommend some good wholesalers and general contractors in the Fayetteville, NC area?

You have to find another source-either a distressed property, something you can improve and up the value to another level, or perhaps develop relationships with brokers and wholesalers who will bring a deal to you because they know you as someone who has the ability to close.

There isn't much love for wholesalers in the Cleveland market.

I have 3 properties in my portfolio and come across many amazing deals everyday given I work full time as a wholesaler.

We have acquired alot in the last 3 years so have been passing over some deals we would have normally taken for a commission or wholesale fee to strengthen our position but not focused on principal paydown as much as just being more selective on properties that really grow our money or find solid return with capital preservation.

With that being said I'm just staring off in real estate and based off the research I've done I feel like wholesaleing will be the best option for me for now until I make enough to fix and flip and fix and rent.
