I actually had the chance to go out to Saint Louis this past weekend and to meet the team.

I have been attending the FB flip summit in Jacksonville this weekend and have been offered the "mastery" program, which is a honor....but at the same time, the fee for getting in is $25,000.

I have 25 more signs going up next weekend.

You may want to check the local community college, they generally offer class on the weekends or nights and tuition is very reasonable.

I know nothing about the tire business other than buying them (on the agenda for this weekend, unfortunately.)

You'd have to spend a couple weekends down there during the renovations but that's an easy drive.

To do it right & safely isn't a weekend project, and if this is a long-term hold, you've got years to have a problem pop up.

During the rehab, I spent evenings and weekends doing the work, usually taking off only Friday evening.

Later in the year I purchased my second and third rehab projects, which should both be finished and listed for sale this weekend.

The best one I knew in a B&B cabin setting (only had a small breakfast and week end cook outs) was a nurse who worked at the hospital while living at the property and her husband was a great guy who could do it all, they lasted about 5 years before moving away.BTW, these were loans and deals that I was personally vested in, thus my personal oversight included the secret shopper vists and stays.
