Put a simple floor in and now you're removing old flooring and layers of it, who knows what it's made of, and now you may as well consider leveling any low spots and driving a thousand screws to get all the creaks out before you put the new one in.

This is just another layer of protection beyond insurance which is really your 1st line of defense in most cases.  

I know that an architect and a designer will be vital members of my team when tackling these types of projects, but I'm curious on the workflow involved when using them!

Reading the CC&Rs is also vital and it looks like you've done that. 

It just kills me when people are sold multi layers of protection on which they were oversold.

@Wayne Brooks I had a couple in there, but I did forget the buyer concessions and an extra layer of back end costs.

Such custodians will hold funds, sign documents, issue expenses and receive income on behalf of your IRA and act as your processing layer.

A title agent or attorney can help you ensure you are using the proper language.The document must also be properly formatted and composed, where a local professional familiar with county guidelines is very helpful.Also, it is vital that you correctly reference the property's legal description.

My advice is the same in either case (don't do it please) but I see that adding a layer of confusion too.

Even acting as a pass-through, does it still add the layer of protection from personal assets?
