Hello BiggerPockets,My name is Jordan and I've recently graduated with my bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

I'm guessing it sort of depends on which bank I'm applying at for the loan, but are there some basic universal income requirements for a FHA loan like this? 

.- Many outlets to find tenants such as university sponsored programs, websites and even student run social media pages to find housing.- If the school has an international program, short term - higher rate rentals are plausible.  

Being a recent graduate back in December '15, I now realize that my time at university was a great buffer to refine my character, and more specifically how I want to present myself to individuals.

In Boston, the single units (or I believe even brownstones, but I could be mixing something up) in the Symphony/Northeastern University area, for example, give cash flow of like <$200/m, and that was with me assuming property management, as BP teaches you.Hope this is a start.

I do have a virtual tour in the ad but at 625 sq-ft I have to have the tenants feel it out to make sure it will work.  

I´ve been trying to sale one for 18 months but cuz a document that gov can´t issue I haven´t sold it, it is new almost 100% finished. it is located in a very danger neighborhood but in front of a University.

However, I should also mention that one of the advisors for this deal is an experienced syndicator who even came to do a talk here in a local university a while ago, and I was able to speak to him on the phone, he spoke favorably of the deal as well.

Inevitably it is cheaper to go with a more universal lock that is cheaper to maintain.

My plan includes: Professional Sign in front yard and at cross street (if allowed), Multiple Pictures / Virtual Tour, Color Flyers, Property specific website, Open Houses, Broker tour, reverse prospecting to local agents, buyer and investor list, Postlets, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.Get the idea?
