I got a bank (suggest not one of the Nationals) that can support ACH, Bill Pay and online banking.Opened a business checking & savings accounts.All REI receipts (auto pay, manual checks) go to the checking account. 

I've currently paid about a year  in advance (I pay $600 weekly on auto pay, monthly payment due is 1683) My mindset has always been to pay off my bills as fast as possible to save the most interest... but i now realize there may be better options.   

The only reason we didn't do this is that we bundle home and auto and we'd have to max out our auto liability first, which makes it to pricey to be worth the extra extra protection.Hope this helps a bit - please, feel free to reach out anytime if you have other questions or just want to chat!

I have done this stuff on auto pilot even in non business settings for quite a few years at this point, but a lot of people don't realize how big a turn off it is for some good old boy to have somebody talking AT him sounding like a pretentious fancy man, or how turned off a snooty lawyer will be if you sound like a hick or a fast talking shiester from the Bronx in 1975!
