@Deanna McCormick She hasn't responded to any of our texts or phone calls since she missed the walk through meeting on the 1st so we don't expect her to respond if we request her new address.

You could request the seller to run credit on the borrower, for instance. 

They ALWAYS pay more than they would have if they just did my standard fee; but they signed the agreement as they requested and so they pay the amount due.
