Covered the cage with an old towel to transport (raccoon v angry) and tied a string to door to remotely open it from truck once out of area.

We made a nice little nest for them out of towels, and large dog bed, and cardboard.

If she intends to be friendly with her roomies, then she should set a list and schedule of chores and duties and who is replacing household goods like toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, taking out trash can to street, etc...

I worry about any "soft material" used in residential flooring such as rubber and cork.

I clean bathroom fans in my own home that seem to collect dust bunnies on them after many months...perhaps this is from the towels or toilet paper?

Lessons learned, Maybe but he may be too soft for this business.He will be screening his own tenant, he knows better than to ever rent to any one on any form of government assistance in the future, he will now have experienced with his first LTB hearing and learn how much of a joke the system is. 

Along with the math, there are the soft benefits to think about.
