Just wondering if there are any other wholesalers in the area so we can squad up and bounce ideas off each other and so I can learn as much as possible as I am still learning.I been using Propwire to cold call but so far the majority of the numbers have been bad that I skipped traced through there.

I think the value of skip tracing these people would be to connect with buyers in the location I am prospecting. 

Sounds like you have one tenant who skipped out on you (or sublet the unit without your permission) and the current occupants are squatters.

There are low-priced options if you want to save your own time and submit bulk/batch skip tracing lists.

Either way your going to have to pay for skip tracing.

Is there a way that I could skip over hiring someone for that position and only use software? 

Of course you should monitor the responses because it is still automated and may skip on categorizing a lead every now and then, but that's not often.

If one skips out, you likely still have one that is bringing in some money.
