I live in Philadelphia, but travel up to Scranton (friends) and Hawley (family) about twice a month!

After being involved in real estate for a while, it occurred to me the other day when I was talking to my sister that the words you are using may not mean what you think they mean to ordinary people.

I have two out of state siblings and one close buy, my sister and I are the executors of the trust and will have all the responsibility of settling everything and taking care of things since we are here.i am hoping I can get something written up that my mother might agree to that would be given to my siblings so they would know what was going on.

Preferably newer homes (less than 15 years old).  5)  Hire a property manager (although the homes are local) ~ so I can manage her/him managing my prop's.6)  Hold $600,000 in cash for 2 years worth of expenses (emergency fund) ~ if indeed, I somehow spent $300k per year.7)  Travel, do some hobby stuff, grill out and drink beer, and spend time with the fam.

Do any of these groups use the Meet-up format, record session topics for those unable to travel to meeting sites, by using YouTube, Ustream or Skype like technology?

I will be super busy with work and travel while I am living in Denver, could I hire a property manager from the beginning for even when I'm living in the duplex?  

For a landlord who self manages, what happens when you are out of town for vacation or travel for work, or whatever? 

I've travelled many times to Colombia (La Sabana) when I was living in Ecuador.
