I would try to find people who are in the position you want to be, try to provide them some type of value, and ask how they did it. 

Larger national companies like State Farm, Allstate, and Liberty Mutual are known for providing comprehensive coverage, so they could be good places to start your search.

I think HH provides these new home buyers the opportunity to purchase a home with some financial flexibility being able to rent out portions for extra income.
