I sincerely doubt if he has encountered or mastered anything above the hundreds of years in collective working knowledge of bigger pockets.

Make it a master suite or something like that.It looks structurally safe, they intend that Attic to be storage so weight shouldn't be a problem.

It's a smart business tool but bad consumer tool/master.
