Becoming a licensed contractor for permits only
Hello community,
I've flipped a few houses/buildings and gutted them down to the brick walls and never pulled permits and thankfully didn't get caught(was up to code)
I can't pull permits cause I have no license but I can act as a general contractor which does nothing cause I still have no license.
I was thinking about getting my plumber and electrical license just to make getting permits easier and it will look good in the description.
Am I overthinking anything? I'm sure it's a good advantage to have...
Thanks for any input
