Well, I'm determined to put an end to that and take action.

The one piece of advice I have is to make sure you are taking positive action towards a definite goal.

The order is not on the house per se, it is an order directing her to take no action with respect to the house. 

I just want to find out as much as I can before taking action in the next couple of weeks and keep as much sweat equity as I can, of course.Thanks!
