So, taking action is the only way to get anywhere.. I've believed it. Power of positive thinking and all of that... I was out to talk to 3 different home owners in the morning and I met this guy I had a short conversation turns out the guy is a flipper who said he'd "buy all the houses I brought him" and he asked if I was asking for a job. I took it... It's alot of hours and I'm learning a lot. but we go quick..on the 2nd week were starting the second house. no question just some good quick news..
