So, taking action is the only way to get anywhere.. I've believed it. Power of positive thinking and all of that... I was out to talk to 3 different home owners in the morning and I met this guy I had a short conversation turns out the guy is a flipper who said he'd "buy all the houses I brought him" and he asked if I was asking for a job. I took it... It's alot of hours and I'm learning a lot. but we go quick..on the 2nd week were starting the second house. no question just some good quick news..

One thing about life is you never know where the opportunities will come from, you just got to be ready to take them. Successful people often have a lot of "accidents" which are really just jumping at opportunities that become available from being proactive.
