Securing a commercial loan...first timer!
Hi Everyone!
Its been great reading all the great articles and books available on the site and it seems like its time to take action. I have been going back and forth with the idea of real estate investing and an opportunity knocked on my door recently. I was hosting a group of investors from Poland ( which is where I am originally from ) and we were talking about some possibilities of commercial real estate here in San Diego. So long story short they are willing to put up some cash for a deal that makes sense. Now, I was wondering if I would be able to secure a commercial loan with the bank ? I do have my own property that I bought almost 2 years ago a decent paying job and excellent credit . Would that be enough to get a loan if I would have 20-30% down payment available ? Anyone has any advice or maybe went through the process ? I would love to talk more about it and maybe meet and discuss different options ... Looking forward to hearing from you guys !
Thanks!
