To be fair, judging by the “ask about the guru” posts on here, many people might not realize this.

Long story short, after two more calls and discussion with a resolution specialist we were told that our issue is the result of refunding a portion of the booking to people before getting a payout.

Not very many people are as diligent on the hunt or as resourceful as I am.

There are quite a few people doing Sub-To and owner financing opportunities. 

I’m unsure if changing out the filter is required even if next people don’t want to spend money on replacing the filters.
