It's listed at $19,900, is a 3/1 and from we can tell it needs a furnace(stolen), appliances in the kitchen, a fresh coat of paint a quick clean up.

It needed a new kitchen and both baths needed replaced, paint and carpet.

Clean, dejunk, put half your stuff in storage, depersonalize, paint, and fix anything minor.

The same is true for homes with broken windows, lead paint, or a busted roof.

Police shut that one down in a raid too. normally they break a big hole in the house and tap into the electrical wire before the meter to steal juice. and the excess moisture destroys the plaster/drywall.my buddy was asked if the tenant can section off an area in the garage for legal pot growing. outside is -20 and he needed temps of 60F+. lol
