How do "Investor Friendly" RE agents make a profit from wholesalers?

They eat profits.

There is no profit in this deal.

.- You don't see any of your profits for a LONG time.- They are an enormous drain on your personal time even if you have a GC.- They often end up with you running over your original budget and in most cases they take longer than you planned...

What types of approaches have you and/or your communities taken to improve on this problem that was still a profitable proposition?

I picked it up for $12,000 and sold it about six months later for a nice profit.   

I see 12% mentioned often, but I’m curious if I should just give them a portion or even all of the profit?  

This is a very reputable local non-profit that will distribute funds appropriately to different organizations. 

If you are open to working with a remote accountant, you open yourself up to being to work with a larger pool of accountants. 

You can make mistakes and still turn a great profit.
