I am setting out to make a vendor list for Inland Empire (plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.) and I am sort of starting from scratch.Anyone in the Inland Empire area already have any that they have relied on in the past and would recommend?

The B Class neighborhoods are Merion Village, Old North, OSU Campus, Franklinton (south of broad, north of sullivant, east of glenwood), Hilliard, some areas in Worthington, Sharon Village, 5th by Northwest, Old Town East/King Lincoln, Berwick, etc.The B-/C+ class neighborhoods that are more gentrifying and rapidly changing are Southern Orchards, Hungarian Village/Reeb Hosack, South of Main, North Linden, other area of Franklinton (non-nipple), Eastmoor/Broadley, etc.I also have a map that better breaks the neighborhoods down by rent ratios, pricing, and crime.

I'm familiar with the northwest Georgia area, and there are some good deals for several MHP within a 150 -mile radius of each other.  

I am looking for SFH rentals in and around the Portland/Pacific Northwest area to generate cash flow and gain financial freedom.I am looking for any advice along this journey and I am happy to answer any questions.

What are the biggest differences, economically and culturally, investing in Hawaii versus investing in the Pacific Northwest and what was the biggest adjustment you had to make?

The weather in Pittsburgh is similar to the Northwest but the real estate market is totally different.
