My name is Steven Barnes, and I am a young finance student looking to get into investment real estate. Other than books and BP, I have no other experience in investment real estate. I am looking for SFH rentals in and around the Portland/Pacific Northwest area to generate cash flow and gain financial freedom.

I am looking for any advice along this journey and I am happy to answer any questions.
