Does anyone know if BiggerPockets has RE agents who specialize in land purchasing?

The northwest suburbs of Akron are the higher  income areas.  

I heard that the north-west side has some good neighborhoods for investors like Penn Hills and verona.In the south I heard about Dormont, Brentwood and Bridgeville. did you invest in them?

He usually sell properties in North West Indiana and Milwaukee.
