Spend 2 minutes doing a little research, and you'll realize that all he did was to make public leaked classified documents...he didn't leak them, he didn't steal them, etc.While Fox-Jazeera might tell you that that makes him an enemy of the state, a little more research will tell you that the Supreme Court has previously upheld that journalists publishing leaked classified documents have not committed any crime.In other words, yes, it's general legal in the U.S. for journalists to publish classified material, so long as they don't identify covert operatives, etc.

Your third paragraph beginning Mini Balloons, just does not make any sence at all, I can't identify where this thinking is comming from.Heavy weighting of balloons is not making sence to me, are you saying a ballon requirement early in the note term....and increasing the duration, I have no idea what duration you're speaking of.
