Hey Gang... Phill Grove here. Looks like a lively discussion.

Looks like many of the questions are getting answered. I take a shot at a few that were not:

1) Territories - we are not 'licensing' territories, we we are grouping investors that use the program into territories so that they can more easily identify other investors in their area and so that the websites we create for them make geographic sense. In other words, a website sting "homes available in all of north America" does not makes as much senses as a website showing all homes in tulsa, ok.

The truth is that any investor can do deals anywhere and all territories are "available", but websites we provide are by territory.

Also, a territory is technically a geographic area - usually a major metropolitan area and surrounding counties.

2) Are mortgage assignments legal or risky? The program teaches investors how to do marketing to identify sellers and buyers. It's the most up-to-date set of education, and online and offline tools available. It them offers the sellers several options for selling their home subject-to, on a wrap, or on a lease/option. These techniques have been around for 30 years or more and are well vetted. I'm flattered that a new generation of investors has credited me with inventing all of these techniques.
