Hi Babek,On a positive (Negative) note--Coffin sales will be way up.The glass is either Half full or Half empty it all depends on how you look at it.Life is what you make out of it, and even during a Depression money is still being made (not everyone is down and out).Just my 2 cents.

I'm a plumber and the main issue I see in old houses is that over the years people either dont update the pipes, or 10x different people "repaired" something over the years and each time they did some half a repairs.

I mean really lets say you forgive half rent for 2 months on a 1000.00 rental that's 1000.00 and maybe you ask the tenant to pay you back over the next year or maybe you just waive it all together, the benefits are your house stays occupied your tenants are grateful, as opposed to your tenants are not happy with you the city county says no evictions during these times and now you really have a mess on your hand when you could have cut it off in the beginning..
