I’m currently still living at home so I can save as much money as possible for my first down payment, but during this time I’ve been listening to as many podcast and reading up on the forums!

I've been a member of Bigger Pockets for not quite two weeks now and decided that I just need to break the seal on the forum.

@Jason Magee try posting this in the Virginia forum. 

After talking with a few people, and reading some forums, I feel there may be a better way to do it, but I need some advice to help me get some clarity.

Staying active on the forums can help you learn and get contacts and deals.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I have scoured old forum posts looking for recent updates on how investors are making moves in 2018 in this hot hot market!
