I am Joseph schanck and eager to get into Real Estate investing. A little about myself I am 22 years old and have lived in the Pittsburgh area since I was born and love it here. I work full time as a granite/marble fabricator.

When it comes to real estate I have no previous experience, however I did find this AWESOME community called bigger pockets which has led me here! My primary focus is to great passive income and too secure Financial freedom so I can enjoy the time I’m given with family and friends.

My main focus is buy and hold rentals (single family, and multi units) but wouldn’t be opposed to a fix and flip or wholesale, I personally think having some of both helps with an exit strategy depending on the market.

I’m currently still living at home so I can save as much money as possible for my first down payment, but during this time I’ve been listening to as many podcast and reading up on the forums! I’m very excited to expand my knowledge!

Thanks,

Joseph
