Get a few of those and read them - that way you can start to get familiar with what kinds of things can happen in a house, and how big of a deal it is to fix each one of them.If there are any new houses being built in your area (like, within bike or bus/train range), and the neighborhood is relatively OK, go over to that neighborhood, after the workers have left for the day, and see what building a house looks like.

every person who builds a house or a commercial building has to do so with 25% equity to get it financed with a bank. there is absolutely value in new construction. the hard part becomes making sure your architect knows how to design a building that can make money. but saying you don't know how to is a little silly it's the same idea as existing but ground up you just study the market and look at land more than you do anything else. you can build a house anywhere but you want to do it in better areas. it's either than or higher density's smaller floorplans, etc

If you fail to show up with the $95,000, you forfeit your $5,000 bid and the property would be auctioned off again.So your bidding money is at risk until you pay the balance.After you win the bid, there is a 10 day redemption period in Florida where the owner can more or less "claw back" the property by paying all the money that is owed to the lender that is foreclosing.
