They still have to load up, drive, find parking, etc.

@Sam P. there's a standard HUD process for this:https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/public_indian_housing/pr...You may not appreciate the advice, but it only took me 15 seconds to find that, which means you didn't even bother trying. 

I'm not worried about finding the next deal or anything and as far as management goes, Florida doesn't require any license for self managing.

Right now, finding properties around there that work for that BRRRR strategy is really difficult.
