Every day before clocking out the guys would give a description of the actions performed that day, and post up to 5 or so photos of the work completed.  

I download the podcast app I deleted years ago, and added Bigger Pockets podcast.2019-March 2018-2019 I started from episode One and listened every day until I finished the whole series, along the way I made a LinkedIn account, added every guest that I wanted to learn from to my LinkedIn, added their podcasts to my library and had different days listening to different series and lastly bought books that were suggested on the podcasts that would help me grow my knowledge to be like the men and woman I listened to.

I really think it helps with learning the ins and outs of real estate as well as listing to BP podcasts literally everyday the past year.I don’t want to keep ranting but I hope this opens a door or two for me.

The important part is using it every day to track your progress on all your goals. 2.

Then you live in a newly renovated house without breathing saw dust every day, and you’d have plenty of equity in it. 

But that's not all landlords and that happens even in good markets especially in renter dominated SFR markets burnt out landlords sell every day dont need a pandemic to change that source of inventory.

I start every day with one and end by reading a few chapters of whatever RE related book I happen to be reading.

I’m no  grant cardone but I probably am much further ahead than the majority of folks on this site if I had to guess Everyday we choose if we will be rich ,poor ,or middle class by the little choices we make .my advice is  Keep going no matter how hard it’s gets
