I am new to real estate investing, and am looking for sources of free education. Any thoughts? I was able to finish the BP "Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing Course" on YouTube, and really enjoyed it. I am looking for another structured video series. Thank you!

Listen to the podcasts they are free and great. Also your doing it already but get involved in the forums, ask questions and start reading. Go to your public library and get books on real estate I did that in the beginning and that helped explain some things. Your in Albany there's a very active market there try to link up with a couple people who might be willing to show you the ropes or join a REA. ( Real estate association) or an investment club.

I think it was Tony Robbins who at one point was so poor he was going to meetings like this and stuffing his pockets with hourdourves until someone took notice / pity on him and now hes Tony Robbins. It might have been someone from one of the BP podcasts. The point is if you have a desire keep at it and it will come to fruition.
