I have been learning about probate properties, and different techniques on how to market to the executors.

I'm thinking single family rentals through the BRRR technique.

Real estate has always been a get rich slow technique for most.

For this reason, variations among the different courses are based on techniques and problem solving strategies that come from each experts experience.

I understand to compare with other homes in the area, but which site or technique are you using to gather this information?

This conversation has morphed a lot and I really respect and appreciate everyone’s thoughts and time, but I started this post asking for the what most of you concluded I should have which is legal advice.I know the method works at this point and just like in every other field and specialization, real estate or not, there are good and bad approaches to the technique.

They take some technique or strategy that’s only workable or beneficial in a very tiny percentage of situations and generalize it as a major breakthrough.  

Looking back, that was just an amazing marketing technique but it piqued my interest.
