Hello BiggerPockets world,

I am new to REI. I am trying to get my first deal done ASAP. I've been working with someone who is helping me learn the basics and I need more help. I have a letter written that I want to send out to motivated sellers, but can't figure out how to find these sellers. What are my best options?
