 generally saving for real estate so I guess it’s kinda similar, Looking for business loans advice   I wanna finance equipment ie.. ring saw and an excavator, is their a maximum for lease portion of the loan or  is it like real-estate where eventually you declare bankruptcy on the property, I’m thinking.

i can just see my tenants taking a hammer to anything that rings up at a bill of 99 bucks..lol, just to put it over that edge...actually, they'd probably take a few extra whacks bc i'm a landlord jerk, right??

These properties were in lower/middle class neighborhoods in Detroit or inner-ring suburbs. 

Hey Jason, Yes, properties in New Brunswick are in high demand right now but if you keep your ears to the ground there are always deal to be had!
