Investing in Montreal Or areas near Montreal

Hi there! Uzziel here!! Recently joined BP. Been living in Montreal for over 5 years now and I'm currently looking to get into Flipping, wholesaling in the greater montreal area to shadow and learn from. Or better still, any advice for a newb from Montreal looking to dip get into house flipping in montreal or Quebec in general?

I'm starting my real estate course in a few weeks but will like to get a head start into investing. If you have what type of properties are better to invest in Montreal, I'm all ears!
