Consider construction stops during the last crash, the lack of bank lending, the lack of present day private lending (playing too safe and requiring returns that won't make sense for investors), the lack of deals due to all the foreclosures drying up, inflation in everything else from groceries to building material, and the destruction of tens of thousands of homes from natural disasters...from a supply demand stance we'll be seeing some rising prices.

@Rex Li I would first if you are able pull up the vinyl flooring, install a dehumidifier/fan to start drying out everything.

Typically a coax line is pretty cut and dry it’s a single coax cable that runs from the wall outlet back to where it connects to the cable company router, it could be as simple as replacing both connectors but you would need the tools to do that.

I emailed him about it after I searched the work and the time between coats and he said he used a dry torch for the sealant or whatever it's called and said he performed work that should have cost me $14k.
