So here I am ready to dedicate my time, money and resources to building a successful real estate investing company.

I have heard it mentioned that some lenders have a 3 or so property limit with customers with large portfolios. 

The few times I've had trouble collecting payment from customers, they were all "nice places in nice parts of town"And the opposite is true too: just because a man only has a truck (though he may have more than you know) doesn't make him untrustworthy. 

But if you were to build something custom and unique would likely draw attention and a willing buyer.  

Our contract specifies the length of time I expect the job to take, and has a clause about delays due to weather, acts of God, materials, customer indecision, permits, and inspections and other delays beyond my control.

I've probably installed a hundred well-respected, custom made vinyl windows so far. 

I first thought to use Google's http://goo.gl but when you enter a website it gives you a random bunch of numbers and letters which isn't practical to put on a sign.But I found bit.do that allows you to customize the link.

They only survive generally if they have unique custom stuff at a great price that people can't get elsewhere.

My question is , if  the PANORAMIO can help me to attract customers.

We've had customers tell us their signs remained up for over a year after using this advice.The telephone company has an employee who's job is solely to remove signs.
