Can Panoramio help me

Hello , I am a real estate agent  on the island of Mykonos in Greece, I sell and rent houses for short summer holiday. My clients, after having seen the photos, description and various other details, I sent the coordinates of the villa in Google Earth for exact location. Almost all travellers they want to see where is the Villa of their residence , and navigate in Google Earth.

 My question is , if  the PANORAMIO can help me to attract customers. Can i put ads on google earth for the  property that I have ?
