Look at the pest report.All section 1 items must be fixed.Section 2 items may need to be fixed.Anything the appraiser notes that is a health/safety/habitability issue will need to be fixed.

Yesterday I received a rejection letter from the new management company stating that the by-laws state that the association is only responsible for common elements, and not the units.It doesn't explain that if a common element's failure damages a condo unit then ____ is responsible.I have sent emails calling the both parties abusive.
