VA Insection criteria and standards ?

Hey all, 

I was hoping I could get some help in knowing what are the standards a property must pass. I am a Realtor helping a buyer using a VA loan. Must it be in perfect livable condition ? Are some blemishes ok ? To what extent? ect..

@Samantha Reeves thanks, yes this will be part of our strategy if the inspector marks off these items as bad.

@Chris Mason Thanks for you input ! I have thought about specializing in this niche before. Its a great area to get into and to help those who have served. Most my experience is as a analyst so I am getting into the nitty gritty as an agent recently.
