Hey Marv, someone should 'coach' the coach on how NOT to spam the forum.

Just yesterday I got a call from someone who put on his website that he was giving me a "strategic coaching session" only to find out it was his slick talking "right hand man" asking me what my goals were and before you know it....BAM....I could join his program for $8,000....but do you know what he said that was ever so comforting?

I am MOTIVATED and coach-able.

If you wish to spend as much on your coaching and mentorship as you are on your deals you will find fewer volunteers. 

I was looking into getting my real estate license and joining Ct REIA's coaching program.

By the time you read and digest those resources you should at least have the necessary vocabulary and foundation for a coach to work with.
