Shouldn’t they tax you 1.69% annually on the furniture in your house, the tools in the garage, your clothes?

My tenants/neighbors had a newborn baby and yet I hardly ever heard him cry or heard much of any kind of noise from my tenants.

@Josh Donlan look at your local or state laws but typically anything more then two adults and one baby per bedroom is too many.

After hospital bills, buying baby stuff, paying mine and my girlfriend’s bills and some other unexpected expenses, I quickly saw my savings drop to $13,000.

I bought my first 10 acres of land out in Kingman Arizona recently and I'm excited and very much looking forward to developing a homestead on the land as well as some rentals to generate income.I am a huge animal lover and have two furry baby girls.

Some of my friends love being agent baby sitters versus doing deals in the trenches day to day.

Main reason was to be close to work as we recently had a baby.

We are both young and hungry for success, we have a one year old baby and he is our drive to do bigger and better until we achieve financial freedom.
