are the property texas eating into your cash flow? how do you invest in texas knowing that property taxes are high and out of control?

You just have to weigh property tax as a metric in your decisions. Would we ALL love the property taxes to be cheaper? Hell yes, but politics is above my pay grade. If you live in Texas, your income generated from the properties isn't taxed at the state level. But if you are from an income tax state, you would be paying taxes twice. Not my cup of tea for sure.
