The former is far more common overseas than here in the US and many may be unfamiliar with this window type.I'm guessing that you're after a window treatment you want to install on existing T&T windows... but clarity of nomenclature will help tremendously.If my assumption is correct, are you after wood window blinds or are you considering other options?

They ripped out all the piping and installed new, proper piping.

So far it has worked well, but I have gotten better at plaster repair and installing door knobs...Another thing I have noticed is no one wants to fess up to breaking a window or a door knob, so make sure your property is in good shape before renting so there is no question someone broke the knob, or the screen.

Do I lie to people, not at all, I will tell them that I plan on Redeveloping or Redesigning their house, that I plan on reselling it also - but again to make this "house" into a new "home" for another family...
